Social Guidelines

All local health guidelines, including but not limited to the following must be followed by all attendees:

All attendees must not have COVID-19 or any symptoms associated with COVID-19 including but not limited to fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, headache, etc.) or have been around individuals who tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 21 days.

All attendees are required to properly wear a face cover (worn over both the nose and mouth) at all times while with the group and whenever within 6 ft of someone else.

All attendees must  sign in/register and record their contact information below.

All attendees must remain at least 6 ft apart throughout the the social.
